
Beyond Mind: Guided Retreat at a Natural Farm in Half Moon Bay

In this daylong workshop, we will explore ways to consciously relax the body through yogic principles of energy and breathwork.
Our setting for the day will be both indoors and outdoors at a natural yoga based farm in Half moon bay. By connecting with nature and the soil we will strive to experience the innate harmony of our own being and also experience the joy of friendship and community through a shared meal with farm fresh ingredients.
Instructor: Saiganesh Sairaman is a certified teacher of meditation and yoga philosophy and is part of the teaching faculty at the Ananda center in Palo Alto. His experience with workplace stress as a management consultant and IT services manager at Fortune 500 companies led him to find creative ways of applying and sharing the teachings of yoga in scientific ways
